Delicious! It smelled so good in the crock pot all afternoon long. I served over a bed of egg noodles with a side of steamed green beans.

I doubled it for family coming over. The age ranges were 2 to 70 and everybody but the 5 year old liked it. The next day I shredded the leftover chicken and added it to pasta sauce and served it over spaghetti. Good flavor. Yum!
I made this with Parmesan instead of mozzarella and it tasted like the chicken cacciatore my mom makes but with so much less effort! I also used wine instead of red wine vinegar (it was all I had) and it was delicious

Super easy and delicious! The chicken was so tender it basically shredded. Really deep flavors. We served it over pasta.
