  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  • 1 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon Bertolli® Classico Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)

    Directions

    1. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumb mixture. Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Arrange chicken on serving platter to serve. Spoon sauce over chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
