Grated zucchini is mixed with onions, eggs, corn flakes, and parmesane cheese to form a savory and decadent patty. Ingredients

3 zucchini (medium, minced)
3 tablespoons onions (minced)
1 eggs
5 tablespoons corn flakes (ground)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olives

Directions

1Mix the zucchini, onion, egg, corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
2Grease a deep wide skillet with the olive oil and heat on medium-high heat.
3Form the cakes by adding 2 tablespoons mixture for each one directly on the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, flip them, and cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
