    The veal came out perfectly but the liquid amounts were totally off. A 1/2 cup of wine and a little butter, even on a low heat, evaporates immediately, so there was nothing to pour over the veal.

    Did not make this dish as the picture did not resemble the written recipe. The picture includes mushrooms in a brown gravy and the recipe did not call for mushrooms....

    it was awesome for the ones that I could get to eat if they loved it but it was fish day today so most people eat fish no the southern catfish
