Tender red bliss potatoes, Pasta Sauce and mozzarella cheese baked to perfection make up this wonderful dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potato (cut into bite-size chunks)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jar Ragu® Chunky Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Robusto!® Pasta Sauce)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or mozzarella cheese)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine potatoes, olive oil and salt. Bake 30 minutes.
  2. Spread Sauce over potatoes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

this was a real tasty and easy dinner. i cut up an onion, 4 cloves of garlic, and 1lb of chicken breast. cooked them simmered in red sauce adding a 1tsp of italian seasoning and some crushed red pepper for the duration of the potato roasting. hot dang. a really simple one pan meal with heavey italian flair. took a little over 30 min.
