  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. capers (drained)

  • 2 cups spinach (fresh)

    It was okay, my toddler refused to eat everything but the ravioli itself, which I suppose is normal for her. My mom really appreciated it which was nice as well. Unfortunately I was left desiring just a little more. I'll have to tweak it a bit to make it so everyone will enjoy it the next time I make it, if I do again.

    I used mushroom ravioli and next time I will use 12 oz. instead of 8 oz. I will also add mushrooms and garlic.

    I added 1 1/2 recipe, however I over cook the ravioli. It turned out very good. I love artichoke & capers I’ll definitely make this again.

    Tasty but not enough ravioli. I used 12 ozs. and, thank God, my nephew went to his father's house to eat because there was just enough for 3 people.

    Really tasty. Used a pound of cheese tortellini from Costco. Didn’t have quite enough artichokes but added extra spinach because I had to use it up. Nice fast pantry dinner,

    It was good, absolutely loved the artichokes in this dish, but I had to buy a lot of ingredients that I usually don’t use. Meaning that if I’m to make it again it will require a bit of planning both to get everything for this recipe but also to use the leftover ingredients so they don’t go to waist.

    My local grocery store didnt have any vegan ravioli options so I used gnocchi instead. Turned out pretty good but I think maybe the gnocchi made it taste different so I added some vegan vodka sauce I had on hand and turned out really good. Also added some Beyond Italian sausage, it was so good!
