    I sautéed garlic in bacon fat in he skillet prior to adding the veggies. Plus I added halved cherry tomatoes at the very end. Delicious!

    Delicious and easy ! Reminded me of a mediterranean dish I used to get at Bravo restaurant. Left off the capers, used cheese ravioli, added some white wine to the veggies, tiny amount of the italian spices. Added parm and a small amount of feta cheese to the finished product. Wonderful!!
