  • 1 1/2 ounces dried porcini mushrooms (reconstituted in warm water, chopped **)
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (each, and sage, tied with kitchen string.)
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (minced)
