delicious flavoring! I will need to work on my consistency next time though. an extra egg and more bread would have been better for me.

Tasted great. Very different flavour from traditional meatloaf. I used lean ground bedf and turkey and foubled the rrcipe for left overs. I did use a loaf pan which i shouldnt have as it made it hard to take out and the meat more soggy. Next time I will use the roasting pan as suggested.
