Simple marinade. Flavorful chops. Use your favorite brand of dressing. Also a great idea to have for camping, just combine chops and dressing in a self-sealing plastic bag and freeze ahead of time. When you pack the bag in your cooler, the chops marinate as they thaw.Serve with potato salad, Caprese Salad, and rolls.
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 1/2-inch-thick)
- 8 ounces italian salad dressing
- Marinate chops, covered and refrigerated, in dressing 2-4 hours.
- Prepare medium-hot coals in covered barbecue grill, banking coals on sides of grill. Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade. Grill chops 12-16 minutes, turning once; about 6-7 minutes per side**until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
