- 1 bagel
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 Tbsp. pasta sauce
- 1 egg
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Strain the pasta sauce to thicken. Heat.
- Place the oil into a skillet and fry the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bagel and rub with the clove of garlic.
- Spread the bottom of the bagel with the pasta sauce, place the egg on top, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with the other side of the bagel.
