- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons pepper (sliced hot Italian, optional)
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1 tablespoon Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup baby arugula (or spinach leaves)
- Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise on 1 bread slice, then top with artichokes and Italian peppers. Layer with remaining ingredients, then top with remaining bread.
