Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • basil
  • salt

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and shallot and sauté in olive oil until browned.
  2. Finely chop the basil leaves .
  3. Separate the chicken into 2.
  4. Make cubes of about 1 cm and mix the rest with the cream , salt, egg, basil , pesto , onion, shallot and pepper.
  5. Add the diced chicken and shape into patties .
  6. Pre heat the griddle an add some olive oil (a litlle).
  7. Place on the griddle and and cook patties 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with a lemon wedge .
