- sun dried tomatoes (Chopped, in olive oil)
- toasted pine nuts
- fresh basil (chopped ribbons of)
- shredded parmesan cheese
- Top a round of garlic crostini bread with a spoonful of Umpqua Dairy Cottage Cheese.
