  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 ounces cremini (or sliced baby portabella, mushroooms)
  • 3/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
