  • 400 grams dried fruit (pumpkin seeds, and nuts)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon spices (your choice of paprika, cinnamon, curry, ...)
  • 1 egg whites

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl mix sugar and spices.
  3. In another bowl beat with a whisk the egg white to froth, and add the dried fruits and spices.
  4. Place the fruits on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until well browned. Let cool before serving.
