These came out great! We doubled the recipe and substituted 1/2 cup crisco for butter. We loved them and the kids loved them too!

I was looking for a new Peanut Butter Cookie recipe. I came across this one because my old recipe called for butter and it's gotten so expensive along with the cost of everything else. The cookies turned out great! full of flavor. I think I'm going to invest in some peanut powder to get a stronger peanutty flavor.

Really delicious! Made these tonight with few tweaks. Used 3/4 cup Jif chunky peanut butter & 1/4 cup or so of Jif creamy peanut butter. Plus a bit more brown sugar. Baked about 9 minutes, werent flat at all and so flavorful with the bit of extra peanut butter. The chunky just topped it off giving that added crunch. Very soft too in center. Husband said it reminded him of his mom's homemade cookies. Saving this one for the books!

I'm a line cook by trade and have done a little bit of almost everything, but baking always makes me nervous. This recipe was super easy though! These cookies turned out fantastic. They were soft and flavorful. I can't wait to share these with my friends and family.

i was worried because batter seemed so soft for p.b. cookies...i am use to the ones you roll out with hands. i waited a minute before using fork for imprint.. turned out perfect! make sure you let set before moving off hot pan!
