Good! I simply did not have enough flour 3 1:2 cups. I worked around it and it was great. I also used oat milk and vinegar, which I prefer. It was very good. But not to Irish.😊

Flavor was good. Not sure what I did wrong though. The bread came out raw and we had to try to cook it longer :(

I’ve made it with rehydrated cranberries which is excellent, but this time I made it with Monterey Jack cheese and ground red pepper. A little spicy and savory

Loved it! Crisp outside and soft bread inside. I prefer without raisins so I didn’t add them. Store was out of buttermilk so I used a substitute (equal parts yogurt and milk) and it still tasted great.

My Irish Soda Bread came out really good! I’ve been meaning to bake this bread every year but always forget. Finally I did it and it is really good!

This is the second time I baked this recipe and it was spot on, only things I changed is soaked the currants in Irish whiskey and increased the sugar to 1/4 cup.
this is an easy to follow recipe and consistent with results. Husband approved having it as toast now.

Not good. the recipe had the bread super dry and even with adding more buttermilk it didn’t do much. It wasn’t sweet or salt it actually had n0 taste. after 40 minutes baking it still felt kind of raw inside. Possibly would use again with a lot of modifications to make it better

This recipe was great. The bread turned out exactly as described, it was easy to make, and delicious.

Great! Turned out much better than another recipe I tried which used whole wheat flour. This bread rose higher.

Followed the directions exactly and the result was moist, delicious, and utterly irresistible! Thank you!
