Great taste I followed the recipe exactly and it was great My husband made it a week later for guest and made it with cheddar cheese instead WOW what a difference I mean it was edible but the Dubliner cheese YUM!will never make it without the required cheese again

Really good. Could have cooked it a bit longer before throwing in the oven.

This recipe was delicious. I didn’t have the cheese in the recipe so I substituted with a sharp cheddar. I thought the ingredients were enough for leftovers but my husband and I ate the entire pan.. I will make again with the correct cheese. 🙃

It needs more cheese in my opinion and I think I pressed it down too much because it was a little crispy. But it was really good! very oniony - I caramelized my onions so it meshed better. I think this recipe is lovely and would be even better with a stout beer
