Delicious! We ate every crumb. I used Rum Chata because that’s what I had on hand.

So goooood!! The cake was moist, glaze was perfect. I got so many compliments on it too and requests for the recipe! Definitely will make this again!

The cake is very tasty. I do not recommend boiling the glaze for 5 minutes. Boiling sugar for 5 minutes turns it to a hard candy.
