- 12 1/2 inches French baguette (slices)
- 3 teaspoons mustard (Djon)
- cracked black pepper
- fresh thyme (bits)

We made these with the Irish Potato Soup and it was delicious. The mustard and the cheese work surprisingly well together. Please do give it a try!!
