Very easy and super tasty. I added some cayenne powder because I like it spicy. I’ll definitely make this again.

Turned out pretty good. I served it with a dollop of sour cream, advacado and cilantro. Recipe makes a lot so I vacuum sealed portions to freeze for a quick meal another time.
The addition of sour cream really made it for me, yum!
