Will add more seasoning next time, but all in all, success. We topped ours with fritos for a little crunch.

Family loved it! I got a little discouraged because my noodles were sticking and didn’t cook, but I let it sit and they finally got done.

The family very much approved. Both admitted they were not expecting much from this one but were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Definitely a keeper. I did add more vegetables (a can of tomatoes, an onion, and a bell pepper) and I'd be tempted to add black beans and corn to it as well. This recipe definitely needs vegetables in it. Also, I used ground turkey instead of beef and used chickpea rotini instead of wheat flour for added protein.

Family loved it! (Well, except son, who doesn't like anything with spice.) I used 0.8 ounces of taco seasoning and might go even lower, and might add a smidge more cheese, but we thought it was fabulous.
