Directions
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and allow for it to heat up for 5-8 minutes
- While heating, trim silverskin from pork tenderloin. Pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- When the Instant Pot is hot, add tenderloin. Sear the top and the bottom two minutes each, for a total of 4 minutes.
