Omg. Phenomenal! I added sour cream, cheese and avacodoes, but it would've been perfect without those.

This was yummy. I didn’t add the cornmeal-wasn’t sure what it would do to the taste. Instead I thickened with potato flakes. Quick and easy to make. Dinner was on the table within an hour.
The next day, I added a little more water and converted it to a soup for lunch.

This is a keeper. Just the right amount of spice. Only change I made was to add the juice of one lemon at the end.

I just put all the ingrediens in my Instant Pot as they are listed in the recipe without sautéing the pork! It turned out to delicious!

Even though I followed the instructions,this caused the dreaded “Burn” message. I tried to clean the pot and then add extra liquid when I added everything back in, but it didn’t help. It seemed as though the cornmeal was sticking and causing the message, even though I had initially deglazed, and put tomatoes on the top as stated. I also doubled the ingredients, as suggested, for my 8 qt. It’s now 8:00pm and the ingredients are cooking in a stew pot on the stove. It smells great, so hopefully it will be delicious.
