I used already cut, frozen carrots and 2 and a half cups of chicken broth. It turned out really well! I also used a 6qt pot and it still did well. My chicken turned out really tinder and juicy. Will definitely be making this one again!

I have had my Instant Pot for little over a month. I have made quite a few recipes and I have to say that this was one, if not the best. I did two things differently based up on the caution message in the recipe and the fact that I have never cooked chicken that was rock solid out of the freezer and only cooking for 9 minutes. My two variances, one, I put the instant pot on saute' for a minute, just enough to melt one Tbl spoon of butter. This was to attempt to alleviate the sticking issue noted. I only had two frozen breasts in the pot but I set the pressure on high for 10 minutes. Everything was cooked perfectly! I used baby carrots and they were cooked all the way through. My only change would to go lighter on the pepper but that is only to individual taste. I very much recommend this recipe. It is quick, easy and tasty.
