This was delicious and easy! I added a bigger can of tomato sauce so I had to add a little extra salt and garlic. I’m doing WW and this is a great recipe for low points. I was able to get 8 servings by adding twice the amount of diced tomatoes and adding chili beans. I also substituted low sodium chicken broth (I used 3 cups) for the water the second time. My husband and I both enjoyed it. Will definitely make again!

Easy and Delicious. I did not use an instant pot, just prepped lentils separately until cooked but firm and added to pot of all remaining ingredients.

So easy and really good. I added onion, shredded cheese and sour cream. This will be a regular.
