    I thought I already wrote a review, but maybe not. So quick and easy my 15 year old made with minimal help from me. Really great, but I might add a little more tomato sauce next time along with some corn.

    We changed it up to suit our tastes by adding onions & peppers to the ground meat. We also reduced the chili powder & cumin, but added paprika. We ate it with corn bread. Delicious, we will make this again!

    It turned out good. I have made this recipe a couple of times and have modified it slightly since my diners are toddlers and probably can’t take the heat. I used plain diced tomatoes and a little extra seasoning such as Chile Con Carne that is not hot, substituted cheddar for Monterey Jack. Today’s recipe included a can of corn.

    It was delicious, but I did make a few changes. I did what others recommended by putting a 1/4 of a packet of Hot Taco Seasoning. I also added garlic powder and Pappy’s seasoning when sautéing the group beef. Lots of flavor with a good little kick!

    It was my first time using my Instant Pot, turned out pretty good. Just needs a little more spice in my opinion, maybe next time I’ll add some additional chile peppers.

    It was okay, seems like it is missing something. I added garlic, pepper, oregano, paprika, and onion powder to punch up the flavor.

    This turned out so good and very easy to prepare. The leftovers were also pretty good.

    So easy! I used medium salsa instead of tomatoes and chilis and gluten free pasta. Next time, I will probably use a bit less water because the pasta was a little overcooked. I also topped each serving with more cheese and some sour cream. Yummy!

    Came out pretty good, though I'd probably cut the salt a bit. Following the advice of other reviewers, I replaced the canned tomatoes with chunky salsa and added a packet of taco seasoning. A great quick weeknight dinner.

    It’s a good starter recipe but honestly was a bit bland. Definitely needs beans and more seasonings
