  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 pkg. Yakisoba noodles (fresh, *, one package is about 7 ounces. Use two packages if you like lots of noodles. Fresh noodles are usually found in the produce section of the grocery store)
