Added extra cheese to it and subbed some of the water for broth, but this was a lovely meal. Even the kids loved it!

Awesome - easy, full of flavor, not oven or stove so the kitchen stays cool - perfect. Next time will try it with some bacon. One of those recipes that is perfect for experimenting with adding odds and ends to see what you get
