Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can add more, but I would add more broth and milk to have more liquid at the end)
  • 3 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 celery ribs (sliced)
  • 1/2 onions (diced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole is best, can use half and half if you want it thicker)
  • 3 refrigerated biscuits (Grands, cut into spoon size pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
