- 16 oz. cauliflower rice (frozen, I prefer the texture of frozen vs fresh. I get mine from Costco or Trader Joe's.)
- 12 oz. broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 8 oz. cream cheese (Kite Hill almond milk, or regular, if not dairy free)

Great quick meal! I subbed Greek yogurt for the almond cream cheese and went with stir fry veggies instead of just all broccoli. I will def try the almond cream cheese next time, but draining the Greek yogurt well and whipping it with a little melted butter still did the trick!
