Such a quick recipe! It’s so easy to make, super fast and so good! Such a hit in our house. Although I’d add salt and pepper to the ground beef (or turkey, or whatever you decide to use) it you want to spruce it up that way.

Made it exactly as recipe said last time, was wonderful. This time I’ve added a green pepper and a touch of horseradish. It’s still cooking but it smells great so far!

Did 2 lbs of hamburger and a little extra broth. Was probably a bit too meaty but tasty.

I doubled the meat and added a little extra beef broth to cover the pasta. At the end, I added two extra oz of cream cheese to get the right consistency. It fed (and filled up) my big family and was absolutely delicious!

Delicious. I added a little too much cream cheese. Just needed to add more sour cream to make it thinner and creamier. So easy!

This was really good. The flavors were more balanced than I thought they would be and the texture of the pasta still held up well. I did add more salt and pepper.

Turned out pretty good. I added mushrooms. Needed salt and pepper for taste, added red pepper for heat
