Made it today, I added more tomato paste, salt and pepper to it. I think the 35mins pressure cook time is too much, my meat and potatoes looks like it’s shredded or mashed. But it’s good.

I dusted beef in flour and seasoning. Agree with doubling the seasonings. I used fresh tomatoes instead of paste. Will shorten the time next time as some of the beef fell apart.

It was definitely beef soup as opposed to stew, but it was actually a good soup. I coated the meat in flour before searing. Seasonings need to be at least tripled. I doubled the salt and it was still fairly underseasoned. The meat and potatoes came out perfect.

Really easy recipe, perfect for a cold day! Instead of the corn starch slurry, I dusted the meat with a tablespoon of flour. Also, I would add more salt next time, for sure
