Very bland in my opinion or more so heavy on the tomato flavor if you follow the recipe word for word which I mostly did. After I made this recipe the second time I remembered that I thought it was ok the first time. The second time I didn’t have any onions so made it even more bland. If I did it again I would make with tomato sauce or add additional seasoning the tomatoes and just straight beef was not a great flavor to me. Now that I have made it again I remembered to review so I would remember what changes to make the second time.

All I had was noodles and ground beef so it fit the bill. I added taco seasoning while the meat browned and then corn when I mixed the beef with noodles Still a little bland but saved the day.
