  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil (or other high smokepoint oil)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper (or use other dried red peppers)
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (I used my favorite fat free Greek yogurt)

  • 2 scallions (green onions thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro fresh (finely)
