- 75 grams chickpea flour
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder (spicy Indian)

- 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions
- Put lentils in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Drain and put lentils in a food processor.

I thought this was so bad. It definitely needed some type of sauce. I never do this but I had to throw it away.

Very quick and easy recipe to make. I chose to bake the balls in the oven to free up time for other things. I served them with a tomato and red pepper sauce, and it was excellent. Will definitely make this recipe again.
