Indian Lentil Meatballs (Vegan)

  • 200 grams red lentils
  • 75 grams chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder (spicy Indian)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • oil


  1. Put lentils in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and put lentils in a food processor.
  4. Add flour, curry powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Blend.
  5. Make little balls with a tablespoon.
  6. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
