Ingredients

200 grams red lentils
75 grams chickpea flour
2 tablespoons curry powder (spicy Indian)
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
oil

Directions

1Put lentils in a saucepan and cover with water.
2Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
3Drain and put lentils in a food processor.
4Add flour, curry powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Blend.
5Make little balls with a tablespoon.
6Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs.
7Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
