  • 1/2 teaspoon dill (dried or fresh- I used fresh pureed dill)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 clove minced garlic (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (so amazing in this burger!)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (pepita)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (chia)
  • 3/4 cup spelt flour (or flour of your choice)
