- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (cooked, cooled and squeezed dry)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 8 ounces water chestnuts (drained and chopped optional)
- 3 sliced green onions
- 1 cup phyllo
- Combine mayonnaise, vegetable recipe mix, sour cream, spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and chill about 2 hours.
- Cover and chill about 2 hours.
