To Make "Steak" PattiesIngredients used12 Ounces Package Impossible Burger2 Tablespoons Ketchup1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Teaspoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Granulated Onion1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika1/2 Cup Italian or Herb-Flavored Bread Crumbs1 Tablespoon Unsalted Plant-Based Butter1 Tablespoon Vegetable OilIn a mixing bowl combine all ingredients - excluding butter and oil - and make sure every ingredient is evenly incorporated. Divide into 4 equal portions and with moist hands form into oval patties, about 3/4 inch thick. In a large skillet or cast iron over medium-high heat, add butter and oil. Once butter is melted, add the patties and cook 2 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer patties to a plate and set aside.
