  • 4 scallions (minced, I’ve since learned scallions are the same as green onions!!!)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
