Ingredients

  • 4 slices merluza (frozen)
  • 1 potatoes (straw package good quality)
  • 1 / 2 package of sea delights.
  • 1 onions (large)
  • 50 milliliters oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • salt

Directions

  1. Cook frozen hake in boiling water.
  2. Drain fish and allow to cool.
  3. Remove bones and skin and shred fish.
  4. Thinly slice onion.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and slowly braise onions over low heat for 10 minutes until translucent.
  6. Add hake and diced crab sticks.
  7. Add potato sticks and stir well.
  8. Pour eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork.
  9. Pour over mixture and stir until cooked. Do not overcook.
  10. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  11. To serve, garnish with chopped parsley.
