  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Pour the olive oil into a pan and heat on low. Cook the garlic cloves until they become a light brown color.
  2. Turn off the stove and let the oil and garlic cool down.
  3. Add all of the ingredients (including the oil and garlic) and blend in a food processor or blender until a thick paste is formed.
  4. Add salt and pepper, mix well and serve.

I love hummus, and I love this recipe for it. There is nothing better than a cracker full of this amazing stuff. It is so good for you and tastes good too. Great for a party or a Greek dinner feast at home.
