I made it without parmesan and it was grate anyway. Very soft and nice in taste.
Yummo! Quick and easy recipe. Very versatile and easy to add other veggies, herbs, cheeses. Great way to use up whatever odds and ends you have laying around in the fridge. I topped mine with sliced avocado and fresh diced tomatoes.
was really good. just remember to adjust salt depending on how sharp the cheese is.
