  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1/2 package firm tofu (or of extra firm, 170 g)
  • tamari sauce (generous splash of)
  • 1 turmeric
  • 1/4 cumin (each of, garlic powder, chili powder, try any or all of them!)
  • 1/2 sea salt (more to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
