Great recipe but find I have enough dough 3 cups flour for 2 x 9 inch pies with the thickness I roll my layers out.

I loved this recipe. I've made pie crust before, so I made this on the tender side, knowing my blueberry pie would be juicy, and it would have to hold up to that. Still, it was delicious. Everyone loved it, and I thought it was just the right amount of flavorful. The recipe gave clear instructions which I appreciated, even offering a simple recipe for those who didn't have a pie filling recipe.

Great crust. The pictures helped tremendously as I am a visual person. Flaky. I went with half butter and half crisco and I think that was a good choice. I’ve spent years looking for a crust that would rival grandma’s and WINNER! WINNER! Would probably be good for a chicken pot pie for dinner!
