    Turned out pretty tender, used the stew meat for 50 minutes because I had the bone in variety. Could maybe have used 5 to 10 more minutes on that. Good flavor with the aromatics.

    Pretty good -- the wine flavor was a little more pronounced than I liked (it's more of a wine-y sauce than a beefy sauce). The sauce also wasn't as shiny or dark as the picture; I was a little disappointed with my final meal because the photo set such high expectations for me!
