- 1 can garbanzo beans (drained, reserve liquid)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (omit if you have allergies!)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Add in some ground Tumeric and you got a winner! Roast the garlic, even better!! I won a healthy eating contest with this recipe and my additions! Try it both ways!
