Very tasty and juicy. I like my steak medium rare but it came out medium well. I followed the directions 100% but there was one variable I didn’t account for.... the thickness and size of the steak. My filet was about 4 oz mini filet. These directions are for thicker and larger cuts. Apart from that, it was delicious. I will be using this again.

Perfect! Just follow the directions carefully.
Delicious, but I would brown it at medium heat instead of medium-high.

My steaks were 2.25" thick and after the 4 mins per side in a metal pan and 6 mins in the oven, they turned out perfectly! Will definitely follow this easy recipe again!
