    Pretty good, probably one of the best home cooked rice techniques I've tried and will definitely use this method again. I followed the recipe and cook times exactly and it was still just a tiny bit mushy in my opinion. But overall, a good recipe for sure.

    It was the best looking rice I ever cooked, without a doubt, and it tasted great. Mine just turned out a little bit too moist for my personal taste. I tend to prefer it dryer. Other than that, it was really perfect.
