Best waffles I have ever made or eaten, My family and friends love them. They are light and fluffy and the taste is amazing. The homemade syrup just tops it off. We put strawberries and blueberries on top then the syrup. OMG these are soooooo good.

This is fantastic recipe. Best waffles I’ve had! I did cut the sugar as I do in most recipes. Definitely know your waffle maker, two and half minutes was perfect for mine at high heat.

Great with a few adjustments to the butter ratio, I only use 3/4 cup butter. Ingredient list is very confusing so make sure you read to the bottom of directions!!Family loves these waffles though. The secret in the egg whites and buttermilk
